What are the benefits of foam product kitting?

Foam that will serve and protect.

Foam is innately flexible—and so are we. Using advanced technology and skilled designers, we can create the custom industrial/military-grade foam solution you’re looking for. No matter your product, no matter your goal. We recommend cross-linked polyethylene foam for most product kitting projects. Let’s work together to transform the preservation and presentation of your product.

Identify Tools/Parts

Every project starts with identifying all the items that will be included in your ideal kit.

Not sure where to start? Contact us because we can help with that too.

Scan Each Tool/Part

In order to create the most efficient design, we need to get an accurate picture of each item being kitted.

Approve Prototype, If Required

If opting to fabricate a prototype, we’ll send it directly to you and if you’re happy, we’ll just need a thumbs up to get started with production.

Custom tooling kits enabled super streamlined processes

“Fox Custom Foam created custom tooling kits for my company and made the process super streamlined. We provided what we needed, and they gave proofs and allowed feedback to get exactly what we wanted. The foam was super durable and fits the tooling beautifully while leaving room to grab the tool easily and keep the tool secure.”
